of their real estates and fast recover of their investment. * Using this service, our clients feel quiet and assured, that their real estate is well managed, and know that working with us they will reach the best possible results and will maximize their profit. This service includes everything necessary for the complete support and letting out your real estate, from payment of current bills and annual duties, technical maintenance and cleaning, up to assuring tenants.

For you will work well trained professional technicians and hygienists, who will take care of your real estate, and the legal and accounting departments of PRI company will administrate the complete documentation related to the property.

The marketing and advertising of your property will be organized by our marketing department. We shall advertise and offer your real estate on our own web-site, through announcements in the press and tourist media, participating in local and international tourist fairs. Our partners are some of the leading tour operators and tourist agencies.

Your property could be also your business! You can recover annually up to 15 % of the money, invested in a real estate, letting out your property for short terms (1 to 30 overnights) or for long terms (over 30 overnights). We shall keep permanent contact with you, informing you about the past, current and future reservations and incomes, as well about all important circumstances, which concern your property.

1. Keep the whole documentation, related to the property
2. Organize the entire technical maintenance and cleaning of the apartment
3. Organize the payment of all consumptions related to the property (electricity, water, cable TV, security, etc.)
4. Organize the payment of the annual taxes and fees and preparation of taxation declarations
5. Supply all necessary licenses and rental documents
6. Advertise the property to tour operators and travel agencies for its letting out
7. Collect the rents and transfer them by bank transfer; keeping all invoices and documents
8. Keep monetary assets (disposing with gyro accounts) on owner's behalf, covering all obligations related to the property
9. Receive and keep the keys
10. Keep regular contact with the client in case of unexpected events
11. Represent the owner before all municipal, administrative and tax bodies and organizations
12. Insure the property against theft, earthquake, flood, fire, etc.
13. Provide life insurance (health insurance) for 4 tenants


The annual charge can vary from ? 450 to ? 950 depending on :
- category of your property
- location of your property
- range of services


Please note that the costs which will cover the obligations, arising in relation with the apartment, are not included in the annual fee.

Aiming to assist its clients, Prime Property Management offers individual service packages depending on clients' necessity and personal preferences. The services and their price are subject of additional agreement.
