The Holiday Village is being built on a not-built terrain on the area of 2800 sq. m. The quarter is very quiet end tranquil. The beach strip is close, the main roads are easy accessible. The place is close to the old town of Nessebar, superb world architectural and cultural monument.
The complex will include 80 self-contained private apartments, luxury and completely furnished. There are one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. There are ground parking lots, swimming pool, children’s pool (including a water sliding equipment), children’s playground, cafå & bar, a physician's room, a grocery store, a beauty parlour, areas for chaise longues and relaxation.
Yearly maintenance of the village includes:
