The residential complex is situated in immediate proximity to the sea coast in the town of Byala. The apartments are located in two independent buildings situated in accordance with the main passages – pedestrian and automobile, sea view and property leveling. There are planned an underground parking lot directly connected to the road, swimming pools for adults and children, recreational places.
The apartments are two types: one-bedroom and two-bedroom. Except the bedrooms, each of them consists of an antechamber, a bathroom + WC, a living room including a dining place and a kitchenette, a detached balcony. In the apartments consisting of two bedrooms there is also a second sanitary premise.
The buildings are massive, monolith constructions, with a beamless slab system and tiled and boarded roofing. All apartments are offered in a state of completion: walls – putting and latex paint; floors – laminated parquet, terracotta, equipped bathrooms. Holiday spirits and comfort is achieved through the application of natural materials – stone, white smooth plaster, boarding over the thermo insulation of the whole facades and PVC joinery looking like natural wood.
The Complex is of closed type with controlled access, twenty-four-hour security guard and assured continuous maintenance and building management.
