“Obzor” Resort Complex is situated on the border between Varna and Bourgas areas, 60 km south of Varna, 74 km in the north from Bourgas and 37 km from Nessebar . It has access to two near airports- Varna and Bourgas Airports.

The fact that the resort is close to some other resort towns gives an additional possibility for entertainment variety. In concrete: from north-Byala town is 5 kilometers far , Varna is 60 km far , Golden sands resort complex is 75 km far; from south- at 2 km distance is Obzor, at 30 km distance is Sunny Beach, Nessebar town is 34 km and Bourgas city is 60 km far from there. There are a lot of restaurants and amusement places in Byala and Obzor, because their location directs the sphere of the communal service mainly to the tourism.

The beach strip is about 10 kilometers long and 30-90 wide. The sand is golden colored fine granular. It is considered to be the longest beach on our Black sea coast.

The building No. 4 is being constructed along with the resort complex in which it is situated. On the ground floors of it are set shops for manufactured goods and food, a restaurant with billiards club and some offices. In the same housing complex on the ground floors of the rest three buildings are planned also a cafe, shops, offices, a sport-rehabilitation center, a children study hall, a bank and insurance office. On the underground floor of Building No.4 are differentiated 36 parking places, serviced by two separate covered ramps, as well as warehouses for personal use of all the flats. The building is structured in 7 sections, each of them has a porter room that will control the access to the living areas. Each section has an elevator and the shared parts are projected to ensure access for disabled.

The flats consist of a living-room with a dining-room and a kitchenette; one, two or three bedrooms, depending on the size of the flat; a bathroom with toilet, (the bigger flats have another lavatory) and one or two balconies.All the flats are air-conditioned and have fully installed bathrooms and kitchens.

The internal yard is developed like a park with two swimming pools- for adults and for children, recess for kids play and bowers. In the free from buildings and trees yard are planned 39 opened parking places under certain right of use.

The facades are covered with silicate plaster and stone revetment on the plinths and the cornices. The parapets of the balconies are made of solid elements combined with hemstitched metal part. The roof is sloped and tiled. Part of the pavement is covered with sloped and tiled roofs and there are colonnades near the building.
